The Well is an outpatient psychiatric clinic serving residents of central Arkansas at our North Little Rock office and/or via telehealth.
Our goal is to provide a safe, judgement-free environment in which our community members feel comfortable, supported, respected, and truly heard throughout their experience at The Well.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of care, providing thorough psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, personalized treatment plans, and medication management with ongoing supportive therapy for a variety of mental health conditions.

In order to treat the whole person, as opposed to solely a diagnosis, we place a strong emphasis on treatment team collaboration (therapists, primary care providers, dietitians, other healthcare specialties, etc.). Integrative pharmacogenomic testing (Genesight) and treatments (Spravato) are also offered at The Well.

It would be our pleasure to help navigate your mental wellness journey!

Integrative Testing and Treatment
SPRAVATO ® (esketamine)
SPRAVATO® (esketamine) is an innovative treatment option for those suffering from treatment-resistant depression (TRD). This nasal spray treatment is administered in the comfort of our relaxing office setting. SPRAVATO® has been shown to be a safe and effective treatment option with clients experiencing a significant decrease in depressive symptoms within the first two weeks of initiation.
GeneSight ®
Testing
GeneSight® is a pharmacogenomic testing service which may identify the most effective medications based on individual genetic makeup. It is a powerful tool for guiding more personalized treatment decisions and improving patient outcomes.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment that uses gentle magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. It is most commonly used to treat major depressive disorder, especially when traditional treatments such as medication or therapy have not provided adequate relief.
